implement logout functionality in the backend

When users send logout request it is expected from the server to blacklist their token and remove any httpOnly cookies.

• [x] remove cookies from server side
• [ ] create a table or database to store the blacklisted tokens. maybe in-memory db ?
• [ ] add the token to a blacklist DB
• [ ] modify the verify token middleware to check if token exist in the blacklist. and act accordingly.
