Write script that bulk data from xml to our database

• [ ] Read xlsx file, process the data then insert data to db
• [ ] The script shall not run on the main process.
• [ ] If entity exist in the database. The script shall not update or override it. Only insert new data. Log all existing data that did not update.
• [ ] After creating your generic function, write a run script for updating the employees.
