Agenda for subgroup meeting - November 2

The next subgroup meeting will be on November 2, 2021 at 9-10am PDT (5-6pm CET). As with other Wasm meetings, we'll host this on Zoom.

Note that the European time is one hour earlier than normal due to the end of daylight savings time in Europe
