The spec currently proposes the following instructions that were also in the relaxed simd proposal:
madd
nmadd
trunc_f16x8_s
trunc_f16x8_u
Do any of these follow the "relaxed" version of the other instructions? If so, they should also probably be prefixed with relaxed_.
