I can't add reviewers in this repo either. Suggestion: can we create a group for all proposal champions as part of our GH permissions reorg? 😄

yeah it makes sense to do something. Do you know what permissions you need to add reviewers? If not I'll try to find out.

@dschuff I think the "Triage" role is usually used for collaborators without direct write access, though that allows closing issues and PRs, It is possible to create a custom role (Settings -> Team and Member Roles) for further granularity. This would make it easier for you as well, as you can just add or remove someone to/from a team instead having to remember which GH repo they have access to.
