This change moves some files around, re-adds some documentation, renames a few things, but otherwise is not intended to have any major functional change. Some exceptions:
it does remove two functions that should not yet have been added (set-input-by-name and eval) and
it tweaks the output type of get-output to stay consistent with WITX API.
