- Originally reported in https://github.com/WebAssembly/wasi-sdk/issues/148 and fixed in https://github.com/WebAssembly/wasi-sdk/pull/164
- Changed in https://github.com/WebAssembly/wasi-sdk/pull/208 from a github action to using vcvarsall.bat directly
- Changed again in https://github.com/WebAssembly/wasi-sdk/pull/265 to use msys2 instead
