Bundling rework #17

I'm not really satisfied with how node bundling works, and we may want to think about redesigning this feature.

It looks like these nodes may be able to achieve performance similar to bundles with less mental load on the user.

Bundling removed for now, for design philosophy, simplicity, and facilitating #23. Maybe we can bring it back with the channel merger/splitter nodes, but for now it's gone.
