3 years ago It was mentioned in the teleconf, that it might be useful for multi-part changes to have links between the previous and next change, so you can just click a button to move between all the related changes. That's a bit of work, but perhaps ok.
In addition, the Change Log should include a list of all the related changes, even if we don't have links in the change box itself.
The wiki page has been updated to show to update the change log for the amendment.

Describe the Issue Since the spec is now a living standard, it would be helpful if we had a document explaining how to update the living standard with candidate corrections and additions.
