Update to nette 3.0 and php7.1 #25

I'm using nette 3.0@dev, so I would like to use this package with newer versions @dev. I don't know if this is all, but it seems ok at first glance.

thank you, I must create a separate branch before merge, because it requires php 7.1 and above.
