Resolves Issue #<239>

Description

Its Been A day and i haven't been assigned to this yet. I saved this code in algorithms directory with the folder name 239. Please review the code . Made use of Euclidian Algorithm as specified.

How to run

Works On Any Compiler. Input According To instructions.
