Archive links on quality review tools page broken #148

The links to replay tools on the quality review tools page are broken as of version 3.2.0: the texts of the broken links are "Review this Harvest", "Review in Access Tool" and "Live Site". On my system they now all point to http://localhost:8080/wct.
