Status

[x] Teams can press buzzer
[x] Admin can see queue of teams
[x] Admin can mark current teams answer as correct/incorrect
[x] Some sort of authentication
[x] Scoreboard
[x] Presenter slides (questions)
[ ] Public view
[ ] Presenter slide (question rendering using Markdown/MathJax
[ ] Use users instead of socket ids in the socket backend
