A procedure is needed to describe:

  1. The updates that the end-client can perform
  2. The updates that the service provider need to perform

Each update must be identified with:

  1. The "what":
    • wordpress itself
    • themes
    • plugins
    • others?
  2. The "who"
    • end-client
    • service provider
  3. The "how often"
    • daily
    • weekly
    • monthly
    • quaterly
    • annually
  4. The possible troubleshooting options
