If a YouTube or Vimeo video exists in the first few paragraphs of a post, automatically set the post's featured image to that vidoe's thumbnail.

Bulk Processing - Maybe add some progress feedback? #36

Processing was quite slow, maybe there should be a user facing feedback box that states something like:
Working on 1 of 20 posts - "Post Title"
To let them know something actually is going on. Perhaps also a warning that the process can be time consuming depending on x factors.
