Enable "Plugin Preview" configuration. #966

This is a feature that doesn't need a release of the plugin code itself, so it's already in "test mode" on .org via the assets/blueprints folder in the SVN root.

I have version controlled the blueprint.json file via b5c2bbe and release1170 branch
