After all terms are converted, clean caches. Current if you are using any object caching plugin or have other caches, these are not invalidated after the conversion is run.

I have updated the PR, so it clean caches for the new and old taxonomy as the conversion.

@spacedmonkey Oh I have no access to this repo anymore, but I wrote the code so I figured I would weigh in for the sake of WDS.
