Review Plugin Structure #1

This plugin is based off of the OOPS WP Demo and could use a thorough review. I put together the basic structure fairly quickly to get the plugin working but it could definitely use improvement.

Goals

Update namespaces
Review each file
Linters are in progress but should on https://github.com/WebDevStudios/wds-block-starter/tree/feature/linting

Since this issue https://github.com/WebDevStudios/wds-block-starter/issues/5 is similar and the PR for that issue removes OOPS WP. I'm going to close this issue in favor of tracking in #5.
