Issue
In https://github.com/WebDevStudios/wds-block-starter/blob/main/wds-block-starter.php#L33-L34, we are referencing incorrect, non-existing paths.
From @wordpress/scripts (https://developer.wordpress.org/block-editor/packages/packages-scripts/#using-css) - it says that index.css (for editor) and style-index.css (for both editor and front-end) are generated.
