hi @CTarzia thanks. are you one of @jgaleotti 's students? can you provide a bit of context about this PR? furthermore, looks like there are merge conflicts to resolve first

Hi @arcuri82, yes, I'm one of @jgaleotti 's students. I created this PR by mistake, I intended to create it in my fork of the repo. Once it is ready for a PR to the main repo I will create a cleaner PR with more context. Sorry for the confusion!
