Task descriptions do not line up with task display bar #102

Browser:IE9
OS:Win 7

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.display output schedule
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
There is an accumulating error as tasks are added to the project.   The task 
description information increasingly does not line up with task bar chart.

Please provide any additional information below.
Please let me know if you need any other info.  I can send images or code.

I have a fix for that:
Change gname and gdatehead (in code, not in css) to 19 instead of 20
