Run `npm audit fix` on charts and editors #390

I'm a bit late to the party, I thought this had been done in the same time than the other directories. I guess we can merge release/3.0 to the main branch later. There's no meaningful difference in the built code as far as I understand.

Please post a PR against main instead. I'll remaster release/3.0 once these are merged.

I rebased on top of latest main. The sourcemaps have changed, I believe it's not surprising since the underlying bundler has been updated.
