Enable GitHub pages to serve model's example.html #91

Could someone kindly enable Github pages? (if it's not already enabled) I'd like to serve the example.html.

I think the URL would then be, unless I'm doing something wrong:

https://webkit.github.io/explainers/model/example.html

Actually, never mind... we got a repo already in the Immersive Web CG: https://github.com/immersive-web/model-element

I'll make the example available there.
