Add libavif 1.0.4 #185

This will allow building WebKit with WEBKIT_OPTION_DEFAULT_PORT_VALUE(USE_AVIF PRIVATE ON).

Hi @obyknovenius thank you for the commit. As @fujii said I disagree with adding in libavif here.
