Slack images import #70

This zip file contains all images uploaded in all conversations in the whole Slack history of KERI.

@kordwarshuis could you somehow add this to the history dirs here: https://blockchainbird.org/various/slack2html/html/ Doesn't need to be attached to the right spot, just in the various directories is good enough.

This is done, by looking up the references they have to the url, got out the file name (via URL decode), search this on Slack, downloaded it and pushed it in the static/slack/img/{channel} directory.
