We want cesrox to be able to use Rust implementation from other popular programming languages.

Define the desired supported languages list. Our current top is:
- Java
- JS
Based on cesrox external API define the FFI interface and look for a better solution for this. (wasm, uniffi-rs?)
Create issues for implementation.
