Jitsi Interface #6

We could use some Jitsi UI changes. In the short term, we should move the Jitsi window into a sidebar, just to keep it from being in such an annoying location, and play with the settings to get it to a size and shape where it can be deactivated, but doesn't get in the way. That's no more than a half-day of work.

Longer-term, we'll want significant UI improvements, but the nature of those improvements will depend on Joe's work with the team in Brazil.

But I don't think we need this issue any more. Reintegrating those changes will be part of my current Jitsi effort, and the UI team changes will be later.
