Set up PostgreSQL database for the project.

Tasks:

  1. Install PostgreSQL on the development environment.
  2. Create a new database for the project.
  3. Configure database settings in Django.

create a branch and work, name it "abhinaya" (all small letters)

do this task once suraj set up django, then pull from his branch("suraj") and then start working.
