This PR backports a few patches to make the internal JHBuild work on Ubuntu-22.04 and to make the bots behave better and adds an initial gardening of unexpected failures.
This extra unexpected failures are likely related with the change of environment (we now test on Ubuntu-22.04 as we can't rely on the FlatpakSDK because that is a moving target suited for upstream needs and not for a stable branch) https://github.com/WebPlatformForEmbedded/WPEWebKit/commit/c557d428cb2c6d0fba4c2e030eb1a8241a2fd22a
