"Check Spelling" dialog doesn't work #186

Using CKEditor 4 version 4.11.4.

When clicking on "Check Spelling" on the SCAYT button, the dialog doesn't work.

Requesting URL https://www.webspellchecker.net/spellcheck31/lf/22/js/wsc_fck2plugin.js is forbidden and the dialog doesn't work, it completely freezes and cannot exit.

Another error in the console is DefaultParams does not seem to be defined as a result.
