Hi, I have LIFX bulbs (color and white) that have worked for years. Lately I bought new, both color and white and webthings LIFX add-on doesn't find them. Returned, bought another just in case. Same thing with new plain white bulb. Doesn't show up after a scan. Just a note. Thanks.

Hi Ben,I ***@***.***, submitted a request to help with my lifx color bulb. Webthings doesn’t find it. Probably because of the firmware version being 3.70 vs the others that Webthings does find 3.60. closed. No changes, just closed. Should work. Well, OK!Good news, HomeAssistant does work. I’m seeing both 3.60 and 3.70 versions of lifx color now.Groups is a much easier way vs. a drawing of the house. Also, somehow, my newer lifx bulb works okey dokey.Straightforward rules is great, but there’s no room to include more than 5 devices. I guess I could somehow use a floorplan to group devices, but it’s so much easier to just assign a device to a group without a gui. Maybe a gui that worked for more than 5 devices at a time. The floorplan is just more work for less functionality.I still have a webthings running, hoping someone will fix what’s left of it and bring it into 2022.  That’s over my head, I’ll admit.p.s.  I’d have tried to do this on the forum, but logging in put me in a loop. Thanks, Dean Woody Sent from Mail for Windows From: Ben FrancisSent: Friday, November 26, 2021 7:16 AMTo: WebThingsIO/addon-listCc: edwoody; AuthorSubject: Re: [WebThingsIO/addon-list] new LIFX mini color not being found (Issue #1457) Hi, thanks for reporting this.
