Basic drawer menu and topbar

This PR is way too big. I think it would be best if you could open some small PRs like Change title, Update dependencies or Add main view. I lost track of the issues but if a PR matches one of them we should mention the issue id in the description. This way we have links in the issues to all corresponding PRs.

Hey, yeah i got it, if you take a look at my next PR they are way smaller, tell me if it's still too big and i'll adapt.
