Add labels to properties and actions, closes #81 #98

I wondered that too. In the interest of converging with the W3C spec I've started with what the latest Editor's Draft says (which only uses labels for properties and actions), but I agree they could be useful in other places too.

I will file an issue in the W3C repo to discuss those additions.

I assumed that was your motivation. Could you open a secondary issue in this repo as well, so we don't forget about it?
