Update to DeepSpeech 0.8. #2

@lissyx can you take a look sometime and see what I've messed up here? I don't ever get STT results out of the stream.

What do you mean ? Just upgrading breaks ? Have you checked the non streaming ?

I've not tried the non-streaming interface, but the changes here were just:

  1. Update from 0.6.1 to 0.8.0
  2. Change model generation to use the new binaries
  3. Switch to the new APIs
