Upgrade OpenZwave #137

Open Z-Wave is apparently no longer maintained, but there are newer versions available.

Before we consider forking the library, we should at least upgrade to the latest version.

Fixed by https://github.com/WebThingsIO/open-zwave/pull/1 (we already forked openzwave).
