[BUG] Download Queue - No translation for 'Action' #674

Describe the bug On the Download Queue page, there is no translation available for the word Action at POEditor. All other column headers may be translated except for Action.

Expected behavior The word Action should be available for translation.

I found more words that are unable to be translated in the Download module.

All column titles in the item display, after selecting a server and library, cannot be translated.

In the item selection dialogue the words Title and Type cannot be translated.
