allow Bookmarks to be added and persisted to the list of scenes #17

accept arbitrary site URLs (or manifest URLs). see issue for handling the server-side components: WebVRRocks/remote#12

this the proposed flow for accepting and displaying Bookmarks:

  1. fetch manifest info. from a site/manifest URL
  2. use IndexedDB to store the resulting manifest data
  3. prepend the sites to the list of scenes on the root/index/Play page
  4. when returned, refresh the manifests if they have changed and update the
