Random Values #20

Adds support for a randomizer. Randomizer is called for NUM_BATTERIES. A few new constants are added; NUM_GAS_CANS and NUM_BOMBS.

List of updates:

Adds constants for future features
Adds counter() function
Changes NUM_BATTERIES from 1 to counter()
