No install procedure for homebridge-daikin-skyfi #1

Currently you need to install the files by copying them into the correct location. I would rather use something like npm which, it looks, most other modules are using but as I have never created a package in npm before I need to learn how to do it first.

The package now lives in npm and so I have updated the README to say to.
