Add support for suppression list in SES #23

Amazon added a new feature for SES : http://sesblog.amazon.com/post/Tx2H36ZIFTEVXOZ/Goodbye-blacklist-Introducing-the-suppression-list

We need to wait for the official SDK to be updated, so let's delay that for 1.1.0.
