Just putting in some of the notes that Max and I had. I also explained to him the importance of this being used in the Google Apps Marketplace (GAM) for customer acquisition. Also, I gave him a "test account" like I gave both of you so you can test out different GAM apps.

Max was trying to figure out what happens when we have many people. For instance, we have X users with Y emails with Z attachments. Example, is 1,000 users with 5 new emails with 2 attachments in each, therefore 10,000 requests from 1 IP. Plus, there might be more emails/users/etc. -- Do they have limits? How will be manage cron jobs?

I explained, we don't have to tag people as "inactive" and stop our service because the app will be running mostly in the background.

Possible paid feature: If people want to upload attachments over X days old. How far are we going back? Any other "premium" features that will help support our servers? What plan do you think we'll need on Digital Ocean?

Yep, I'm working on code refactor. Also, I'm waiting Max. Max said he working on loading data without page reload, filters and pagination.

I'm think we need to test it before push to live, maybe ~50 testers.

So 1CoinPool, TapThere (Max), HireLive (Andrew) are higher priority, but wanted to follow up here, so hopefully this is ready to go live soon.

@MrWEST - I will get the images. They will be the last thing. Pretty much right when we're ready to go live. Updates on refractor?

@mordamax - Any updates on loading data, filters, and pagination?

Again, I know the other projects take priority, but want to follow up. After we get these hashed out, I think we can get quite a few people testing, then hopefully be in a position to Go Live.

@CaseyA, Yeah, refactor was finished. But I found some bugs, need to fix it. Also I'm working on more powerful administrative functionality.

I'm made the changes, that you asked. Now, for start all system on development, you can just write in console:

foreman start -f Procfile.dev

@CaseyA, I'm added functionality for disabling auto-synchronization every 10 minutes, by default it's checked.

Also, added some functionality in admin-panel for control user synchronizations.

Now, emails with same subjects will grouping.

@CaseyA, Sometimes syncs can be finished by undefined errors. And It's will block all future syncs of user. If user got this problem, this button resolve it.

I want to make an automatic check for the presence of these blocks every hour. But I think this button is useful too.

Such errors occur very rarely. I have them immediately fix it and they are not repeated in the future. It is for such a situation I would like to test it before release. I think we can test it by 50 users. I think that's more than enough.

I hit the same error page when I tried to log-in with Google. I was sent to this URL: http://app.attachments.io/account with that same error. Did you test and it worked?

BUT...I had to hit refresh to see that. It did not automatically refresh for me.

It was "syncing" for 10 minutes. I thought we had it auto-refresh, so people could see instant results? We have to fix this. We need the first impression to be awesome.

1) Still does not "refresh" without me manually doing it. Do you know when @mordamax will be done with it? I want to get this app live this week.

1. Max working on this, he finished in 1-2 days.
2. Fixed. I removed section with personal information, I think better it's add this later.

Andrew - What if we only sync emails from the past 2 weeks when signing up? That should speed everything up!

And in the settings, we can have some text that read "Sync ALL email attachments (Premium Feature - Contact Us)" And the "(Premium Feature - Contact Us)" can link to a contact us page.

Will that slow down the launch?
