Broken image after post update

When I rewrite and re-publish an article, apparently the plugin does not update the image, or something else goes wrong, as I get broken images. Even 3 weeks after I republished an article, Contextual Related Posts seems to want to show the old image. Do you have the cache enabled and if so, please can you clear the cache? It's under Tools page - link at the top of the settings page
