I've attemtped downloading the iso multiple times today. It starts out around 680K and then after 10 to 40 MB's, it locks up.

Have you tried the US or EU mirror? http://download.webconverger.com/webc-11.2.iso or http://download.webconverger.org/webc-11.2.iso ?

Hi Kai, I tried both of them using browsers (Chrome and IE) and it always stalls after a few minutes. I resolved to use my Debian development box and retrieve the source tarball with wget. I've been able to re-start using wget -c to pick up where it left off. We have a 20Mbps synchronous connection and when it is going well, the download is averaging 2.7 Kbps I'm hoping to be able to create a version with Chrome + Acrobat vs. IceWeasel and the default PDF viewer. Also hoping to be able to create a version that boots from CD, sets up the whole operation in RAM and runs from there... If successful, I'll post in the forum the steps I took to make it happen! Thanks for your response, Larry Irwin

There is a toram boot parameter to get it all running all in RAM IIRC btw.

Still bemused by your download woes....
