Such as disabling removing header/footers.

Perhaps an API that retrieves a JS and places it in /opt/firefox/defaults/preferences?

Strange how all these print options http://s.natalian.org/2013-03-19/1363671851_1366x768.png aren't documented by Mozilla.

e.g. print.print_footerright

W.r.t. to printer overrides. I can't seem to make them take effect. Mike writes:

It wouldn't be user_pref, it would be pref.

I honestly don't know how it works on Linux.

On Mac, they use the preferencef without the printer.

On Windows, the printer name is in the preference.

Honestly, setting printer prefs is a HUGE pain in the butt.
