Display current keyboard layout #181

Is it possible to display current keyboard layout?

We could perhaps display it in a dwm status bar. Though what's the use case? Usually Webconverger is setup with the keyboard and that's that. Are you switching between English / Cyrillic keyboards and not sure which one is selected?

Yes. Users are not sure what is current keyboard language and don't know is Ctrl+Shift or Alt+Shift working

This also could be done using Firefox notifications, if I can somehow script it externally. Investigating.
