Add setting to disable style blocks parsing #13

Because we have to keep them in some cases (like google mail).

I think version 3.0.0 of https://github.com/MyIntervals/emogrifier will be available very soon and there are changes concerning available settings. Therefore I don't want to introduce new settings which won't be available any more in the very near future.

We'll keep the functionality in Emogrifier >= 3.0, but the API will be different.
