Add composer dependencies for running in non-composer installations #20

With these changes I got it running in a non-composer installation of TYPO3 v10.

Support of non-composer installations was dropped by intention: See commit https://github.com/WebentwicklerAt/typo3-emogrifier/commit/4e8bc8641b6883160327efb321fead83cec10fe0.
