DONE: When modified current servo to work for two speed controllers and have been tested

Now modify to work with Motor Speed controllers, no longer using servos

Date: 09/13/24 Current Status:

Currently do not have the motor working at all. I do not see PWM changing on GPIO18 port. Currently trying to get a servo to work again then will test again on motor
