Turns out ROS2 HUMBLE is dedicated to ubuntu 22.04, and pi5 does not support that os version.

Currently have ROS2 Jazzy on the new pi5 for 24.04. Talker and Listener works. We could have the hardware launch file working on Jazzy and the Simulation working on humble if needs be.

There are some people who claim you can use docker on pi5 to get humble working, but its a hassle and not a lot of deep testing done so far... I'll Look further into this
