DONE: When the following is completed

[ ] Test our current design to see how it flows through the water
[ ] Boat can be controlled with controller through water
[ ] Determine if our design is alright, or if a new design for better flow is needed

Everything that must be done before we can test this:

[ ] [HARDWARE] Epoxy Sealed PVC
[ ] [HARDWARE] Test waterproof PVC
[ ] [HARDWARE] 3D Print design for Motor Mount and Electrical Case must be completed
[ ] [HARDWARE] Basic Waterproofing of electronics
[ ] [HARDWARE] Mount motors, double check water proofing
[ ] [SOFTWARE] PS5 controller coded to operate ESC
